Scam Prevention & Reporting

At S&N Home Care, protecting our clients and caregivers is a top priority. Unfortunately, scammers sometimes impersonate trusted organizations to steal personal information. This page will help you recognize scam attempts, understand what to expect from real S&N communications, and report suspicious activity directly to our team.

How to Spot a Scam

Scammers often try to create a sense of urgency or use official-sounding language to trick people. Always double-check the sender’s email address, avoid clicking unfamiliar links, and never share sensitive information over the phone unless you’re 100% sure you’re speaking with a verified S&N Home Care representative.

What S&N Will Never Do

S&N Home Care will never ask for your Social Security Number, banking information, or payment over the phone or by email. Our staff will always identify themselves and use official @snhomecare.org email addresses. If anything feels off, trust your instincts and contact us directly.
